Donald Trump's Financial Troubles and Ethical Dilemmas: A Closer Look at his Grifting and Exploitation of Christianity"

Navigating the Intersection of Politics, Religion, and Personal Integrity in the Era of Trump”

If you want to know what it looks like when a certain presidential candidate is mired in a bottomless pit of financial troubles, here you go. I’m proud to be partnering with my very good friend Lee Greenwood,

who doesn’t love his song God bless the USA in connection with promoting the God bless the USA Bible. This bible is the King James Version and also includes our founding father documents. Yes,

the Constitution, which I’m fighting for every single day. Christians are under siege. We must protect content that is pro God. We love God. I’m proud to endorse and encourage you to get this bible

We must make America pray again. I think you all should get a copy of God bless the USA Bible now and help spread our christian values with others.

That’s right. Donald Trump is out there hawking a $60 bible that he himself endorsed. What he’s basically telling christians country is that your bibles are no good because they don’t have the endorsement of Trump. Apparently,

the word of God isn’t enough these days unless it’s been given the green light by a higher power, Trump himself. And if that seems sacrilegious, the idea that all of your existing bibles are subpar because the true deity is Donald Trump. Yeah, I’d say you’re right. Now,

there are two issues at play here, Trump’s financial troubles and his perversion of Christianity. Jesus Christ inspires us to love one another. I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody, and I wouldn’t lose any. Voters with hearts full of generosity and grace.

Why do I have to ask for. Forgiveness if you’re not making mistakes? Scripture teaches us the Lord is close to the brokenhearted.

If you see somebody getting ready to throw a tomato, knock the crap out of them. I cherish women, and I will be great on women’s health issues. When you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything. Whatever you want. Grab them by the. My favorite book is the Bible.

My second favorite book is the Art of the deal, but it’s not even close. Actually, I was only kidding. You can get the baby out of here. Two Corinthians, right?

Two Corinthians, 317. That’s the whole ballgame. You can do anything. Grab them by the. You can do anything. That’s what you said, correct? Well, historically, that’s true with stars. Not always, but largely true, unfortunately or fortunately. So let’s take on the money problems first.

While I know that Donald Trump grifting his supporters is nothing new, the fact that he’s doing it now, with so much frequency and desperation, is because the guy is desperate, desperate for cash.

He’s already found a broker, somehow to put up a $90 million bond for his eg and carol verdict. And he’s currently in the process of finding a broker willing to put up $175 million for the New York fraud verdict, down from $464 million.

And while Trump may claim that he’s liquid, what’s your collateral for the bottom? Cash? I don’t think he’s exactly convincing anyone by hawking bibles and sneakers and nfts in his spare time.

And it’s only gonna get worse for him. He begins his first criminal trial on April 15, which means a possible money judgment and legal fees, not to mention the mounting legal fees and attorney’s fees from the other three criminal trials that he’s contending with in Florida, Georgia, and Washington, DC. All of which is to say

, there will come a time where he’ll look back on what he owes today and yearn for the days where he’s only in the hole a couple hundred million dollars. As for the religious aspect of this, look, I’m certainly no authority on Christianity for, um, obvious reasons,

but I can say with a degree of certainty that the republican platform runs completely and wholly antithetical to the teachings of all religions, but especially Christianity.

The GOPS agenda is predicated on stripping the sick and elderly of healthcare. By refusing to expand Medicaid, which gives health coverage to millions of low income Americans, and relentlessly trying to repeal the Affordable Care act, they pass tax cuts that overwhelmingly favor the rich.

In stark contrast to scripture condemning that luxury. It was Jesus who said, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for someone who is rich to enter heaven. And yet their entire economic agenda is a giveaway to those very people.

When Mike Johnson, who views himself as scripture personified in Congress, took over as speaker, his first act was to introduce a bill to prevent the IR’s from recouping tax revenues from tax cheats who owe $250,000 or more in back taxes

. Donald Trump literally ran his 2016 campaign on blocking refugees from Mexico. I mean, come on, people. Jesus Christ himself was literally a refugee. How much more diametrically opposed to the teachings of Christ could you get than vilifying refugees in the name of Christianity?

These people are taking you for fools and doing it in the name of religion. And by the way, if you don’t believe me, you might want to take a look at this. Donald Trump is hawking what he calls his favorite book, the Bible. But look what happens when he’s asked the simplest question about it. You mentioned the Bible.

You’ve been talking about how it’s your favorite book. And you said, I think last night in Iowa, some people are surprised that you say that. I’m wondering what one or two of your most favored bible verses are

. I wouldn’t want to get into it because to me that’s very personal. You know, when I talk about the Bible, it’s very personal. So I don’t want to get into verses. I don’t want to get into. There’s no verse that means a lot. To you that you think about or.

Cite the Bible means a lot to me. But I don’t want to get into. Specifics even to cite a verse that you like. No, I don’t want to do that. Old Testament guy or New Testament guy, probably equal. I think it’s just an incredible, the whole Bible is an incredible, I joke very much so.

They always hold up the art of th60e deal. I say my second favorite book of all time, but I just think the Bible is just something very special. And if by chance you’re a Trump fan and feel like he still deserves the benefit of the doubt, pretend that it was Nancy Pelosi
